EU-Russian cooperation in NMP 2011

Dear Colleagues,
I am presently involved in F7 European project Inform on nanoformulation (www.nanoformulation.eu). Part of the activity in a frame of this project is to induce cooperation of specialists in science and industry in a field of formulation of nanomaterials, which include, drug delivery, powder processing, smart coating, films and other subjects.
I am living for the last 35 years in Israel but I was graduated from the Moscow University. Recently I visited it and spoke with a number of scientists. I would be happy to initiate a project in a frame of EU-Russian cooperation. How can I learn more about this ? Please let me know if somebody have information on
