EICOON: Euro - Indo Forum on Energy

This FP7 project was set up to address the strategic assessment including synergy analysis of nano-materials research needs in the EU and India. It will establish and communicate the mutual interests and topics for future co-ordinated calls to enable the decision and policy makers and the funding bodies to make better informed decisions and to better select the implementation mechanisms and instruments. Besides the assessment, the proposal also addresses the dissemination of the "nano-materials research acquis" in the field by organization of events.

EULASUR: Network in advanced materials and nanomaterials of industrial interest between Europe and Latin American Countries of MERCOSUR (Argentina-Brazil-Uruguay)

A key thrust of FP7 is to promote international collaborative research with third countries. The EULASUR project will address the Call for Co-ordination Action in Materials by creating a cooperation platform for forming strategic research partnerships between scientists, policy makers, technology transfer and industrial experts in the EC and 3 Latin-American countries belonging to MERCOSUR: Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina (BRAU).

COSMOS: NCP network for Space

COSMOS is an EU funded network of Space NCPs. The acronym stands for Cooperation Of Space NCPs as a Means to Optimise Services. The term COSMOS originates from the Greek language and means orderly system. This is what the NCPs want to achieve within their project. The NCP services are an official instrument of the European Commission but established in the particular countries. Thus the basis and services are quite different. Via a cooperation comprising training measures and definition of a common good practice first means have been started to improve the overall knowledge of the NCPs. In perfoming common activities like information days on calls and matchmaking events the network will directly improve their services to their clients. Via this website and a newsletter additional benefit will be provided for people being interested in Space in FP7 and more.

The Network of Excellence for Innovative Production Machines and Systems (I*PROMS) is funded under the EU Sixth Framework Programme for a duration of five years.

Ideal-ist is an international ICT partner search network, with more than 65.000 contacts in line with the international cooperation strategy of the European Commission. IMS is an industry-led, International business innovation and research and development (R&D) program established to develop the next generation of manufacturing and processing technologies.
